The Asia-Pacific Signal and Information Processing Association Annual Summit and Conference (APSIPA ASC) 2021 was held in Tokyo, Japan on the 14th to the 17th of December. The award for the Best Paper was announced during the closing ceremony.

We congratulate Vinay Gogineni and Valeriya Naumova from the Department of Machine Intelligence at SimulaMet, Stefan Werner from Norwegian University of Science and Technology and Yih-Fang Huang from the University of Notre Dame, USA.
